Grodno is hosting the Belarus junior weightlifting championship. These competitions are a selection for the upcoming World and European Championships. About 150 athletes from different regions of the country came to the town above Neman to show their skills and win the right to represent the country at international competitions. Already on the results of the first competition days, experts noted the high level of preparation of athletes for the republican starts. It is predicted that more than one record will be set at the championship, which will end on Saturday.
