First sprint race of Biathlon World Cup stage season to be held

First sprint race of the Biathlon World Cup season will be held today in Sweden’s Ostersund. Women will compete in 7,5 kilometers. The day before our atlhlete Nadezhda Skardino had no rivals in the individual race. Besides Skardino, three-time Olympic champion Darya Domracheva, Irina Krivko, Daria Yurkevich and Nadezhda Pisareva will compete as part of the Belarusian team. Tomorrow there will be a men's sprint, and the first stage will end on December 3 with two pursuit races.
