The first gold was won by Belarusians at the Universiade in Krasnoyarsk. Alexandra Romanovskaya won the freestyle competition. She performed one of the most difficult elements for women - a triple flip. Next to Alexandra on the podium were athletes from Russia and Kazakhstan. By the way, this season is the most successful in the freestyler’s career. In early February, Romanovskaya won a gold medal at the US World Championship. The Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk will last until March 12. Student athletes will compete for 76 sets of medals in 11 sports.
