FC Dinamo Brest becomes champion of Belarus

FC Dinamo Brest is now the champion of Belarus. The Brest-based football club interrupted the 13-year-long series of victories of FC BATE Borisov. The team was congratulated by President Aleksandr Lukashenko on winning gold medals. Dinamo Brest will perform next summer in the Champions League. And the day before, in the 29th round, Brest residents defeated Vitebsk, 1-0. This result was enough for the champion’s title. Dinamo Brest was also congratulated by the legend of world football Diego Maradona, who in 2018 became the honorary chairman of this club.
