European Figure Skating Championships start in Minsk

The European Figure Skating Championships start in Minsk today. The short program opens with women and couples. The best figure skaters arrived in Belarus. Fans met their favorite athletes at the airport. The bulk of attention went to the Russian athletes: Olympic champion Alina Zagitova, the pair of Yevgeniya Tarasova / Vladimir Morozov. Belarus will be represented by a dance couple of Anna Kublikova / Yuri Gulitsky, and by Yakov Zenko in solo skating.
