Brest’s Olympic reserve center for rowing has celebrated its 10th anniversary with a parade of boats. The event featured the center’s students and graduates. The Brest rowing canal is an excellent base for doing sports. It also offers excellent skiing and cycling tracks. Belarus’ national team rowers, as well as athletes from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine and even Malaysia are constantly training in the Brest waters. In 2018, the canal will host the European Rowing Under 23 Championships.
