Belarusian women's team wins Indoor Hockey European Championship

Women's Indoor Hockey Team of Belarus won the European Championship, which was hosted by the Minsk Sports Palace. In the final, our athletes beat the team of the Netherlands. In the decisive match, rivals led almost the entire meeting. Belarusians recouped literally on the final flag – 1:1. The best shooter of the national team Marina Nikitina scored. For Belarusians, this medal is the seventh at the continental Indoor Hockey forums. The women's team also has two silver and four bronzes. The Belarusian squad secured a place at the Indoor Hockey World Championship, which will be held in 2021.
