Belarusian tennis players defeat Slovakia

Women's national team of Belarus is entrenched in the elite of world tennis! In a match of the Federation Cup play-offs at the Chizhovka Arena, the Belarusians defeated the Slovak team. In the decisive pair match Lydia Morozova and Vera Lapko played against Victoria Kuzhmova and Anna Shmidlova. The guests counted on a good form of Victoria Kuzhmova, but the Belarusians were able to keep the advantage in two sets – 6:3, 6:4. Arina Sobolenko and Alexandra Sasnovich also brought one victory each for the Belarusian team. The total score of the match was 3:2 in favor of the national team of Belarus. Already in February 2019 our girls will start a new campaign for the Federation Cup.
