Belarusian athletes successfully performed at the European Taekwondo Championships

The competition was held in Aigle, Switzerland. The Belarusian national team has four medals. Gold was won by Sarmat Tsakoev in the weight category up to 68 kg. On the way to the finals, the athlete scored 4 victories over representatives of Israel, Bulgaria, Poland and Ukraine. In the final round, he defeated Russian Ilya Danilov. Yulia Vitko won silver; Maria Strunets and Georgy Gurtsiev won bronze medals.
