Belarus to formalize legal status of stewards, fans, and volunteers

Belarus hosts more and more major sporting events which arouse interest among foreigners. It is planned to formalize the legal status of the steward, fan, and volunteer. It will help organize tournaments at a high level. MPs adopted amendments to the law "On Physical Culture and Sport" in the first reading. They are supposed to settle the issues of creating associations of fans and sports agents. The focus is on security as well. Aggressive fans will be banned from entering the stadiums. “The black list" includes 130 people.
