Belarus hopes to return to the artistic gymnastics elite, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said as he met with President of the International Gymnastics Federation Morinari Watanabe. Alexander Lukashenko presented an honorary sign of the Belarusian National Olympic Committee for achievements in the development of the Olympic movement in the Republic of Belarus to Morinari Watanabe. In turn, the high-level guest expressed his confidence that Belarus has a great potential for winning medals at the 2020 Olympics. The president also presented the Order of the National Olympic Committee to Vice President of the International Gymnastics Federation, Deputy Chairperson of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association Nellie Kim.
