Aliaxandra Sasnovich scores first win at Australian Open in Melbourne

Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich had a victorious start at the Australian Open tennis championship, beating Belgian Kirsten Flipkens. In the second round, the Belarusian will meet with the Estonian Anette Kontayte. The 11th racket of the world Aryna Sabalenka was the first Belarusian to enter the second round of the Australian Open. Another Belarusian Vera Lapko completed the performance in singles, losing to the Swedish tennis player Johanna Larsson. Tomorrow, two-time winner of the Australian Open, Victoria Azarenka will play at the Australian Open.
