8 medals won by Belarusian rowers at European Rowing Junior Championship

Eight awards were won by the Belarusian team at the Junior European Rowing Championships in Brest. Athletes under 23 participated in the tournament. Belarusian athletes won one gold, six silver medals and one bronze medal. The women's crew consisting of Yana Tsupa, Victoria Zhuravlevich, Maria Bozhemaya, Maria Kolesnikova and Polina Katsevich triumphantly finished the competition. More than 500 athletes from 24 countries competed in Brest. The adult world rowing championship starts on September 9 in Bulgaria's Plovdiv.
