13 sets of medals to be awarded today at 2nd CIS Games
Competitions will be held in four cities. Athletes will compete in six sports. And medals will be awarded in three of them. Minsk-based Timoshenko shooting range will host the shooting competitions. Two finals will be held here. Also in Minsk, the modern pentathlon final among women will be held at the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture, while in Brest swimming competitors will be launched with champions in six disciplines to be announced in the evening. In Orsha, a boxing tournament will be held in "Olimpiyets" athletic center, and Thai boxing tournament will be held in the Summer Amphitheater in Vitebsk. Palace of Sports and Chizhovka Arena in Minsk will become venues for volleyball competitions. Entrance to all venues is free.
