Tourists in the Grodno Oblast are offered to master the art of manual flax processing

As part of the tourist and excursion programmes, a visit to the unique creative flax workshop located in the Lida District is provided. The exhibition includes more than 100 exhibits, many of which were used by local residents in the late 19^th and early 20^th centuries. Tourists can take part in master classes and try their hand at processing flax fiber. Visitors will also learn how the ancestors of Belarusians sewed linen clothes, made amulet dolls and cooked traditional dishes. At the end of the tour, guests will be treated to local culinary dishes based on ancient recipes.
