The visiting session of the Presidium of the Council of the Republic was held in Ushachi

Its participants summed up the work with citizens' appeals: in 2025, more than 7.000 of them were received across the country. The analysis of appeals is a kind of cross-section of the most pressing issues that affect the quality of people's lives and the development of regions. Most often, citizens apply for housing and communal services, landscaping, healthcare, and wages. Special attention is paid to the efficiency of enterprises, so as not to bring them to a crisis state. All these topics are becoming the basis for future legislative initiatives.
