The project "Women's Leadership in Belarus" has been launched

The project's launch was marked by the signing of an agreement between the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus and the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The educational module will bring together women leaders and activists from all sectors of the trade union movement. The first training session has been held. The group included 30 women from the whole country. The project's goal is to develop the active role of Belarusian women in society and economy. The Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions Yuri Senko noted that women currently make up 58% of the active trade union movement. They participate in almost all areas of public life.
