The presidents of Belarus and Russia topped the list of trust in foreign leaders in Moldova

This is evidenced by the results of a survey published by the Moldovan Institute of Sociological Research IMAS. 53% of the population trusts Aleksandr Lukashenko and 52% trust Vladimir Putin. The survey was conducted in February 2026 in Moldova, excluding Transnistria and involved 1.113 respondents over the age of 18.
