The national plan of events for the Year of Belarusian Women approved

The government has approved a national plan of events in 2026 for the Year of Belarusian Women. Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin signed the corresponding resolution. The plan includes over 60 events aimed at promoting the role of women and their contribution to society. This includes the creation of a women's internet radio station and the media projects "#белоруска21века" ("Belarusian Woman Of The 21st Century"), "#ВсёНачинаетсяСсемьи" ("Everything Begins With Family") and "#ЖенскоеЛицоБеларуси" ("Female Face Of Belarus"). It also includes promoting a healthy lifestyle and improving women's health, holding sports and fitness events and festivals, cultural and social events and outreach projects. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Belarus will coordinate the implementation of the national plan.
