The CSTO summit will determine the architecture of regional security
Bishkek will become a key diplomatic platform in Eurasia for two days. In the context of growing instability and changing global strategic balance, the meeting of the CSTO leaders promises to determine what the architecture of regional security will be in the coming years. The summit will take place against the backdrop of sharply increased challenges, from the aggravation of the Afghan problem and the growth of cross-border crime to increased competition from external players in Central Asia. The Bishkek meeting is expected to be a turning point and set a new trajectory for the organization's development. Following the results of the forum, it is planned to sign more than 10 decisions on strengthening collective defense mechanisms, improving cooperation between the organization's countries in the field of security and expanding military-political cooperation.
