Over 100 units of snow removal equipment will be deployed in Minsk to quickly respond to weather conditions. Particular attention is being paid to clearing sidewalks. Over 120 snow blowers and snow riders have been prepared for this purpose. Tried-and-true tools such as shovels and scrapers will also be used to maintain order. Over 9.000 of these have been prepared. Additionally, 2.500 tonnes of de-icing materials have been prepared for treating sidewalks, stairs, and porches. Teams of drivers and machine operators have been staffed. A comprehensive approach and timely preparation will ensure prompt removal of ice and snow.
