The next stage of judicial reform in Belarus is nearing completion. A new judicial body, the Economic Court of Appeal, will begin operations on 1 January 2026. On 3 December, the court building was officially opened in Minsk. It features eight modern courtrooms, a presidium hall, offices for the court's management, judges, and court staff, and technical rooms
