The 2nd session of 7th Belarusian People's Congress to take place in Minsk on 18-19 December
The key political event of the year will bring together 1.200 delegates from all over the country. These are representatives of different professions and age groups. The meeting will discuss key issues of socio-economic development, a five-year plan, personnel decisions and initiatives of the regions. On the first day of the Belarusian People's Congress, the President's address to the Belarusian people and Parliament will be heard. In the second, it is planned to approve the programme of socio-economic development of Belarus until 2030. It is based on demographic security, human development, the creation of a high-quality and comfortable living environment, as well as increased competitiveness, strong regions, strengthening defense and implementing tourism potential.
