Temperatures in Belarus may drop to -22°C in the coming days

Forecasters predict icy conditions and stronger winds over the weekend. Snowstorms are expected in some areas. Minimum overnight temperatures will range from -10°C in the southwest to -22°C in the northeast, with maximum daytime temperatures of -8°C to -15°C, and in some places in the southwest and south of the country, from -2°C to -7°C. Incidentally, stronger winds have improved air quality in the Belarusian capital. According to automated monitoring stations, pollutant concentrations are significantly below established standards.
