Soviet-era Christmas decorations are on display at an exhibition in Dzerzhinsk

An exhibition of rare Christmas decorations created by collector Irina Lagenya has opened in the regional central library. The exhibition features more than 300 exhibits dating back to the Soviet period. The author called the exhibition "A New Year from the past." This event is especially valuable for people whose childhood was spent in the USSR. Young people are attracted by the historical aspect of the exhibition, which allows them to learn about the traditions of celebrating New Year and Christmas in the past. The complete collection of Christmas decorations includes more than 1.000 items.
