New Year's Youth Ball was held in Gomel

One of the most beautiful traditions of the 19^th century, which still lives today. The New Year's ball of talented youth was held in Gomel. For the first time, pre-school children danced on the floor.  The program includes polka, polonaise, padegras, Midnight Quadrille, white dance and Royal Waltz. The regional youth ball was held as part of the charity event "Our Children". The young men and women who have distinguished themselves in their studies and work were awarded prizes of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee for the support of gifted and talented youth.
