Measures have been taken in Belarus to improve the entrance campaign
Among the innovations: for admission to a university by correspondence, there is no requirement for the length of service to correspond to the chosen educational profile; clarification of the categories of persons who have benefits when enrolling in educational institutions in connection with the creation of the College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; introduction of a profile test on "The history of Belarus in the context of world history." It is planned to approve the permanent composition of the state commission for monitoring the preparation and conduct of the entrance campaign. Deputy Prime Minister N. Petkevich has been appointed as its chairman. The powers of the commission are supplemented by control over the conduct of university Olympiads, the winners of which have the right to enroll in universities without entrance tests.
