Magnetic resonance imaging rooms in the Gomel Oblast will be converted to 24-hour operation mode
27.02.2026
The region has eight operational MRI machines. Taking into account those commissioned last December in Zhlobin and Rechitsa, the waiting list for the service has been reduced to 40 days. The goal is to reduce this waiting time to 30 days for routine examinations. In addition to the MRI rooms already operating, a new machine is planned to open this year at the Mozyr Central District Hospital. Three new MRI machines will be delivered to healthcare facilities in the Gomel Oblast by 2030.
