Laureates of the President's special fund for the support of talented youth were honored in Minsk

The winners and prize-winners of international Olympiads, creative contests and festivals are among the winners. 38 pupils and students were awarded badges. Honorary diplomas were also awarded to teachers for their special contribution to the development of talented and gifted youth
