A corresponding draft law is being finalized. After its adoption, monthly additional payments for such persons will see a 2-fold increase. This was done to follow an example of Russia, where such norms are already in force. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security of Belarus Marina Artiomenko. There are about 1100 veterans in Belarus today, as well as about 7300 victims and prisoners of concentration camps. They are granted all kinds of social support.
