Every year, scientists at the Scientific and Practical Center for Food of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus develop approximately 100 new recipes. Consumers are offered unique and, most importantly, healthy combinations, which are especially relevant for baby food. They are focusing on Belarusian raw materials and import-substituting technologies. A line of products containing cocoa shells (the outer shell of the cocoa bean) is currently in development, and is planned to be produced at Belarusian factories.
