673 emergency teams, comprising a total of approximately 2.500 specialists, have been formed. They have been put on full alert to restore power supply, and mobile diesel generators are ready for rapid deployment. Particular attention is being paid to heating networks: heat supply is being gradually adjusted based on temperature forecasts to avoid fluctuations in homes.
