Belarus will increase its subsistence minimum budget starting 1 February

From 1 February to 30 April, 2026, new subsistence minimum budgets will be in effect in Belarus, covering the average per capita subsistence minimum and the main socio-demographic groups. The average per capita subsistence minimum has been set at Br496.96. This is a 1.2% increase compared to the standard in effect since 1 November, 2025. This is the first recalculation of the subsistence minimum in 2026.
