Another prisoner of war exchange between Russia and Ukraine took place at the Novaya Guta checkpoint on the Belarusian border. The exchange is taking place according to the general formula of 500 for 500 under the Geneva agreements. Ambulances were on hand and medics conducted initial examinations. Those who needed it received psychological and medical assistance.
