A new snowmobile and scientific equipment were delivered to Belarusian polar explorers in Antarctica

This was announced by Alexey Gaidashov, Head of the 18^th Belarusian Antarctic Expedition. New scientific equipment, which arrived on board of the ship, has already been commissioned. Comprehensive measurements for the national space programme, ozone layer monitoring and biology are ongoing in Antarctica. As a reminder, the Belarusians set off for the ice continent on 28 October 2025. The expedition consists of 18 people. The polar explorers are constructing the Belarusian Antarctic station and conducting a wide range of scientific research.
