A ball-assembly dedicated to the Year of Belarusian Women was held in Grodno
The participants of the "Cornflower Symphony" included more than 70 couples from various regions of the Oblast. Each representative of the fair half is an activist of the Women's Union, participating in the social life of the region. The Grodno Oblast organization of the Belarusian Women's Union has been holding balls for over 10 years, each time imbuing them with new content. For example, in 2026, a new charity project dedicated to traditional family values was launched. The resulting art object will be installed in the spiritual center of Belarusian Orthodoxy in Zhirovichi. The Silver Cornflower award was also presented for the first time at the ball. It was won by M. Biryukova. In 1986, she founded the Oblast Women's Council in Grodno.
