The work of healthcare was discussed at a meeting hosted by the President

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting on topical health issues. The day before, the work of medical institutions throughout the country was checked by an interdepartmental working group on behalf of the head of state. During the checks, some issues were revealed, President pointed out. The head of state highlighted the availability and quality of medical care in the countryside as an acute issue. A number of tasks have been set before the healthcare officials. Among the participants of the event were the leadership of the Ministry of Health, governors, rectors of medical universities, heads of medical institutions.
