Aleksandr Lukashenko took part in the Easter service at the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in his small homeland in the Shklov district. The President of Belarus was greeted by dozens of parishioners. The Head of State lit an Easter candle, congratulated the faithful on the bright holiday and wished them peace. Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that the most important wealth of a person is his family, and Easter traditions unite people in the circle of relatives. The President was presented with an icon "The Image of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker." It was painted 10 years ago by master Elena Rybakova, the image is made in the canonical style on a basswood board.
