The President presented state awards to the leaders of the agro-industrial complex

This year, the national loaf will reach more than 11 mln tonnes. The results of the agricultural season were in the spotlight at the Independence Palace. The President traditionally presented state awards to the best representatives of the agro-industrial complex. The President stressed that over the past decades, a powerful and effective structure has been created in the country, allowing Belarusians to provide food not only for themselves, but also for others. Belarus' products are exported to 113 countries around the world. By the end of this year, record revenue is expected to exceed $9 bln, and within the five-year plan it is planned to reach the mark of $12 bln. The President noted that the current year's figures should become the basis for assessing future periods. In total, 35 people received awards and commendations from the hands of the President.
