The President presented state awards to the best teachers and students of Belarusian universities

On 20 June Aleksandr Lukashenko took part in the awarding ceremony for graduates and teachers of higher education institutions. The President noted that there is already a good tradition of meeting with outstanding students and teachers at the end of the academic year. According to the President, the present and future of Belarus largely depends on the youth. And it is very important that the current graduates are not only good specialists, but also true patriots, socially mature and spiritually rich people who could be trusted with the fate of Belarus. Aleksandr Lukashenko thanked the teachers for educating young people who are devoted to their native country, respect the traditions and protect the values of the Belarusian people.
