The President presented state awards and general's epaulettes to officers

Without people in epaulettes, we will not have a country. This was stated by Aleksandr Lukashenko at a solemn event on the occasion of presenting state awards to officers of the power bloc. The President emphasized that the situation around the republic remains extremely tense and the main argument of Belarus in this case is unity. Aleksandr Lukashenko presented general's epaulettes to the top officers. The President presented the epaulettes of Major General to Andrei Kravchenko, Mikhail Matrosov and Andrei Filatov.
