The President of Belarus was suggested three groups of measures to step up the fight against unscrupulous intermediation

Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian People’s Congress A. Kosinets was instructed to scrutinize the relevant issues and make proposals for legislative improvements. Three additional measures are proposed. These include: amendments to legislation that regulates public procurement and procurement at one’s own expense; the creation of a catalogue of goods listing the entire product range and the creation of a registry of unfair intermediaries; financial and economic measures. Based on a summary of all significant proposals, a draft decree of the President of Belarus has been prepared. The document concerns measures to fight unfair and unjustified intermediaries.
