At a solemn ceremony in Moscow, the President of Belarus has been awarded the highest state award of the Russian Federation — the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle the First-Called. It was established at the end of the 17th century by Peter the Great. This award recognizes the merits of the Belarusian people, said Aleksandr Lukashenko. Russia has always been and will always be more than a neighboring country to us.
