The agenda at the Palace of Independence included the economy and new joint initiatives. Aleksandr Lukashenko and Rustam Minnikhanov also discussed the preservation of historical memory and the landmark requiem concert featuring Belarusian artists held in Kazan. The head of the Russian region began his visit to our country the day before, with a visit to the Brest Fortress. Regarding economic cooperation, Tatarstan is interested in industrial cooperation, passenger transport upgrades, and cooperation in the petrochemical industry and road construction. There are promising areas for growth in education and healthcare.
