The President of Belarus meets with State Secretary of the Union State

Aleksandr Lukashenko held a meeting with State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev. The President drew attention to the successes of the integration union. However, there is a lot to discuss. Among other things, the organisation of the meeting of the Supreme State Council (SSC), which will be held on 6 December under the chairmanship of the heads of state. The meeting will also be attended by heads of government and heads of chambers of parliaments, which are members of the Supreme State Council. The meeting will be held on the eve of the 25^th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State. Its participants will consider the progress in the implementation of the Main directions of the realisation of the provisions of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State for 2024-2026, as well as the prepared Concept of Security of the Union State. The SSC meeting will also consider a number of other issues in various spheres, including the formation of the united electricity market, cancellation of roaming in the Union State. The issue of organising and holding events to celebrate the 80^th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War will also be considered.
