The President met with representatives of religious denominations

Peace is a super value for all peoples. It is important for us to preserve this peace! A statement to this effect was made by the President during the meeting with representatives of religious confessions of Belarus. Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that representatives of various churches in our country exist in an atmosphere of mutual respect, understanding and harmony. The President suggested creating centers of attraction for all religions in Belarus. For example, like the Orthodox shrine — Zhirovichi Monastery, which will be reconstructed this year. In total, representatives of six religious confessions of Belarus came to meet with the President. The conversation with the Belarusian leader was open and frank.
