Aleksandr Lukashenko sees an opportunity to significantly increase trade turnover with India. The Head of State said this at a meeting with Indian Ambassador Ashok Kumar. According to the President, the issue is very urgent and is under special control. The potential of the two countries' capabilities is much higher than it is currently being realized, and the time has come to discuss possible joint projects and the deepening of existing relations and trade. As for political and diplomatic relations, the Head of State stated that they are at a fairly high level. The President thanked the Indian leadership through the Ambassador for Belarus' support in joining international organizations. In response Minsk is ready to do everything necessary for India's successful BRICS presidency.
