The President heard the report of the Minister for Emergency Situations
Aleksandr Lukashenko heard the report by Minister for Emergency Situations Vadim Sinyavsky on the situation in the country amid increasing frosts and on responding to emergencies due to the prevailing weather conditions. The Head of State was interested in the work of heating and water supply systems, primarily housing, economic and agricultural facilities. One of the main tasks is to ensure prompt elimination of consequences in case of emergencies. The President drew attention to the coordinating role of the Ministry for Emergency Situations among government agencies in this process. According to Vadim Sinyavsky, the Ministry for Emergency Situations has been transferred to special operating conditions, and regular checks are being carried out on the readiness of equipment and personnel, as well as dispatching services. All issues related to the elimination of the consequences of accidents at heat supply facilities have been resolved across the country.
