The President approved a decision on the protection of the state border

It is important not just to protect the border, but also to see possible threats in time. This was stated by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko on 30 January when approving the decision to protect the state border in 2025. State Secretary of the Security Council, KGB Chairman, Ministers of Defense and Internal Affairs, Chairman of the State Border Committee and Chief of the General Staff — this was the composition of the security issues discussed today at the Palace of Independence. The event is traditional for the start of the year, but extremely important. The militaristic situation in neighboring countries persists, it is important not to lose vigilance. The President noted that all power structures, from the police to the military, are involved in the defense of the Belarusian borders in a broad sense.
