The President amended the decree regulating labour remuneration for public sector employees

Individual payments — for fulfilment of additional obligations. By presidential decision, amendments have been made to the decree "On labour remuneration of employees of budgetary organisations". The relevant document was signed in order to increase the wages of such employees taking into account the labour duties they perform. Now, according to the decree, heads of budgetary organisations will be able to approve the staff number of employees in a smaller number than is determined by standard staffing schedules and headcount standards. However, such a decision should be taken jointly with the trade union. And employees of budgetary organisations will be able to receive individual additional payments for the performance of additional work duties (with their consent) in optimised positions.
